Both on the same spec bike. Shinya on the Bridgestones Nicky on the Michelins. If you think Shinya because of the tyres. will he beat Dani too. would you class Missano as a Bridgestone track ?

as usual I would like this answered before first practice begins.

  1. Bridgestone > Michelin...

Also, off topic but, good move on Rossi going to Bridgestone!

    Pedrobot ftl =[

  2. Well - I got the last one wrong (Dovi v Shinya) !!!!

OK - So he did good at Brno - but then again, 'Hasbeen' nor Pedrobot were

included there - (actually they weren't at Misano last year either) - But

assuming Pedrobot has fully recovered AND Michelin have  made the

necessary improvements required - NO I don't think Shinya will beat Pedrobot -

As for Nicky - Again EVEN if Michelin have pulled their finger out -  if last years

results are anything to go on - Shinya stands every chance of beating him again -

Having said that though - We know that Nicky has been  having a bit of

the ole 'VOODOO' to help with his injuries - (lol) so I think that  ALL riders

need to be on their guard !!!!!

So there's my predictions - and I'm sticking with em !! - knowing full well

that the exact opposite usually happens !! - x*x -

  3. Belting question.

Nakano had a great race at Brno, scoring his bes result of the year I think, so the new spec engine is working well.

Dani will be fighting strong for a good result, he needs it. The title is a 2 horse race now [ or may be just one ] but Dani needs to prove he is HRC's golden boy.

With Dovi 99% sure to be his team mate for 09, Dani will ride the nuts of that bike.

I feel that Nakano will beat Nicky at Misano and score well. Im going for a top 5 result.

Rossi, Stoner, Caparex, Pedrosa-bot then Shinya.

If Vale wins, you really have to think its game over for the boys in red.

  4. Go Stoner!!!!!!!!

  5. Thinking about it and going back to last year, yeah it is definitely a Bridgestone track. This makes me think that Shinya will be doing better than Nicky, but there is something else that has to be taken as a point. Nicky is on a row, and that is on a row with weaker and weaker results. And Shinya's Honda is not as fast as Dani's, it's just the way it is. So i'm kind of confused with my own thoughts. If Nakano was riding for the Repsol Honda team, with their bike, and Bridgestone tyres, I say he had a chance in beating them both! But with the current situation, and the desire that Dani will have for winning the 25 points, I say both Hayden and Nakano have no chance being in front of Pedrobot ;)
