MotoGP - Rossi eager to hit the track again
Rumours are all around and eyes are eager to see the champ back in action. Action and thrill on the racing tracks seem a little boring without the Italian racing champion, Valentino Rossi.
Of course we are talking about the MotoGP world champion and one of the hottest racing super stars of the world, Valentino Rossi. The news related to his current situation of getting back to normal has brought a new wave of spirit and hope for his fans and racing lovers. We should not forget that the motorbike racing champ broke his leg in May during a practice session almost 4 races ago. The time is not far away when we will see him back on track with a bang as he is healing fast and furious.
Whenever a person talks about Valentino Rossi’s injury or broken right leg, the attention diverts directly to the Yamaha team. Questions like who is most likely to replace Rossi during this time and who has the capacity of beating or even meeting the legend’s record while working with the Yamaha team?
The answer to these questions and rumours are very much alike these days because Rossi’s team mate, the super talented Jorge Lorenzo is very much at the hot spot now. Lorenzo, a Spanish man, has unfortunately not been able to show what he has got. However, he has a better chance now and he has been very consistent with his skills and grip over the racing tracks this year. No doubt his good luck is supporting him quite well. Lorenzo’s hard work and dedication to his job has given him a glimpse of a super star of the future. Yamaha is also focusing to replace the injured Rossi with a 41 year old Japanese super biker and Yamaha test driver Wataru Yoshikawa. Yoshikawa is a very experienced rider and has an honour of being a two time Japanese super bike champion. Some fans of this, Japanese ace rider, are happy for him and express their views making him a very good addition to the Yamaha team. People think that it is fine for the Yamaha team to let the Japanese man race the M1 super bike over the racing track. But Valentino’s reputation seems a little high to catch for Yoshikawa and Lorenzo. The question is, are they fit to sit on the Rossi’s seat during his absence, because Rossi has set the level of achievements so high that it seems to be an impossible job to beat for any rider.
Whatever happens should happen for the best of MotoGP racing, but right now good news and a hope of satisfaction are very much on air for the Yamaha team and Rossi’s fans. Rossi is still not out of racing and is in a hurry to return. He is recovering so well that he may join the Yamaha team at the German GP. A proof to it was that, the champ Valentino Rossi was seen on track practicing at Misano last week. He looked fantastic as always and it is his dedication and his passion for racing that made him come back to the track so fast. He is eager and very much confident to get back to the racing track in the Czech MotoGP being held in Brno from 13th to 15th of August 2010. We can only wish Mr. Valentino Rossi best of luck for the upcoming races and the Brno MotoGP as well. Only time will tell who will lead the way to the number one spot again.
