  1. Are you sure the Dealer knew you are a member of the Motability scheme?  They should have a "specialist" on strength if they are a Motablility Dealer, who will guide you through the process.

    You'll find this useful, I expect :- http://www.directenquiries.com/motabilit...

  2. From the Motability website:

"When you visit the dealership you will need to provide the dealer with:

Your driving licence and/or driving licences for any other named drivers.

    Your letter of award entitlement.

Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill.

If it's your first time on the Motability Car Scheme or you are returning to the Scheme after a short break, you will need to complete a CP50 form. Your dealer will provide the form and you will need to get it stamped and safe-dated by the DWP (you can do this at your local Job Centre Plus).

The CP50 confirms you agree for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to pay your mobility allowance directly to Motability. You should give the form back to your dealer when you collect your new car."

  3. You have to ring motability who will send you a booklet of all cars you can choose from and a letter stating that you are elligable for a motability car.Just take that to a garage and it will all get sorted out.

  4. when l signed for my mobility vehicle l didn't have any 4 digit code. l signed the paper work and then had to await for all the paperwork to go back and forth between the mobility people and the garage, just sit tight if you needed anything else they would have requested it from you
