Motoccross Plus Money!?

Question

If i decide to race to my local track. What fees do i have to pay thourghout the season? One more question, what do you need if you o out to race for a weekend, friday to sunday? Please include anything i need either than a bike gear gas.

you would have to pay AMA fees and it depends on what track you would race at. like to get into the track and you would have to pay for how many heats you wanna race .also if you would stay out at the track saturday  or stay somewhere els.

I dont know what area you are in but in most cases the local track will have a sanctioning body that will require a 1year membership, in my area CA. generally 30-60 bucks. and about the same for entry fees. I would bring the necessary tools for your bike take time to see what your actually need for your bike, in most cases its very little, no need for the entire garage. The most common things that you will mess with at a event, is tire pressure, chain, air filter, gas. Always bring a pressure gauge and pump. Good luck and don't forget your gear bag. Its also kind of important to bring a friend along.
