I have just bought a dirt bike and i am wondering can you get trousers that are padded or the race wear trousers (pants) can you get pads for them and just slot them in

Most pants come with pads that attach to the pants at the hips. Just buy knee pads to put under you're pants. Fox sells great knee pads.
