Motokrzr K1 i can not format the memory card

My motokrzr k1 is saying the storage device unreadable and i press ok, formatting wiil erase all data. continue, i said yes. format failed. try again? and failed. i put my memory card to another phone and it work.what can i do to fix this problem.thanksRobero D.My e-mail address is [e-mail]
