Motor Cycle Liscence?

Ok My Question Is I Live In Queens Newyork And How Can I Get A MotorCycle Liscence? Do I Need A Car Liscence Because Im Not Really Going To Drive A Car No Time Soon I Already Have A Bike In My Garage.But I Do Have A Newyork Class Dj Learner Permit For Cars So What Can I Do.Thank YOu And God Bless

You just need a class M license. I think that's true for all states. In NY and Texas (not sure about other states), you can get a waiver on the road test after completing an approved rider course, which is a good idea either way.
