Hey everyone,

Im trying to find find a Motorbike helmet with a clown face on it, I don't really want to have a custom helmet made because they cost quite a bit, any links to websites would be great.

Thanks,

P.S. Here is an image of the type of thing Im after on the helmet...

  1. lol ........ good luck.

  2. check out helmet skinz and other similar products, they have aver 50 designs and more on the way.

  3. It will be hard finding a factory helmet with a clown face on it already. you could have a decal made from you graphic and stick it on or you could just sent the money on the air brushing. It dose not cost that much.

  4. I work for a helmet manufacturer so know what I'm saying when I say don't listen to the idiots telling you to paint the helmet yourself!!! You could damage the helmet even though it might not look like it.

Go to a professional who can put a version of your design onto one and keep the helmets integrity.

If you can find out who made the helmet then thats a better option, some distributors keep old helmets in their warehouses for a number of years.

good luck, I've not seen the design myself before but I think it looks good and distinctive.

  5. Helmet skins. Will this do?

  6. Many flea markets have air brush artists.  Contact one and have one painted for you.  It may cost less than you think.

  7. Why don't you just grab some paint and paint it.

  8. This was standard fare a couple years ago, by Shoei. The clown was one of the big time riders logo. Shop there, maybe one still on the shelf.

  9. If you bought a plain helmet and got a stencil you could spay paint it on.

You shouldn't add anything to a helmet you have bought- stickers or paints- because it makes pressure points on the helmet which renders it useless when you crash... Trust me.

I had an MV sticker on my Shoei helmet and it split open right where the sticker was and made my whole helmet rip right off. It's the same rule for paints.

Good luck finding one- custom made is usually the safest option....
