Motorbike Mileage - What does this mean?

I'm looking at getting a motorbike this summer, so from time to time i like to browse the internet looking for deals. I found quite a nice one, it said it had done 18,000 miles then i looked at a picture of the clock and it said:

i assume that means 18,019 miles but what does the white '8' on the right hand side mean? For a second i thought it said 180,198 miles

100% sure it&#039;s the 10ths fraction of the nearest whole mile.  In other words the bike has 18,019.8 miles on the odometer.

it&#039;s 8/10ths of a mile

the odometer reads as accurate as 10ths of miles

or 18019.8 miles
