Arquin do not currently sell their bikes anywhere outside Australia and Tasmania.

The website seems to indicate that Australia is the only place to get these outside China – quite what the Australians have done to deserve it I don't know but it must have been serious. Chinese mopeds and scooters do not have a good reputation for build or longevity.
