Motorcycle HELP PLZ (I AM IN Pennsylvania!!!!) ?

I'm turning 16 in sept and have 2 questions

1.I am in PA, can i even get a motorcycle permit?

2.If i can, do i need a registered motorcycle operator with me when i ride?

please help

btw i looked at the dot website and dmv website and it said nothing about age

  1. You must be 16 and you need a 21 year old or older to accompany you until you pass your test for a motorcycle license.  


  2. u need ur license first for 6 mos. then u start workin on ur motorcycle things

  3. dude i took my bike test at 16 in Pittsburgh

    my dad drove me on the back of the bike (a Yamaha 225 lol)

    i got my bike permit, i waited a day and came back to do the cones. They offered me eather a card i could carry or a re-print of my license that was class C and M i opted for the card because it was free.
