  1. Left foot brake, huh?

Whatever. The reason your leg cramps is that you tense up too much. You need to relax yourself some, don't be so nervous. You might want to adjust that rear brake, it's not supposed to be "touchy".

  2. A little more information would be helpfull but this is how I typically ride.

Dirt bikes: ride on the balls of your feet, its a better riding postion and prevents you from braking when you don't want to only transfer onto the arch of your foot when you need to brake.

Sport bikes: Pretty much the same thing.

Cruisers: I always ride with the arch of my foot on the peg.

You don't have to have your foot covering the brake pedal at all times.

If that still doesn't help, adjust the pedal height so that you're not having to hold your foot off the pedal all the time.

  3. ahh the crotch rocket.... a fine example of putting ones body into positions it was never intended for

  4. I can't say I know every thing about all bikes, but all the bikes I have owned the brake is on the right. so turn around your riding the wrong way. but it comes down to how your sitting some how you are pinching off the never and blood flow to your leg maybe a new seat will help
