  1. Being how you started driving with out a license then I hope you get caught and they do not let you have one till your 21.

  2. I assume that when you say you have no licence, that also means you have no insurance or tax either.

First off all, it depends on where you live. I live in the Northern Ireland and we can drive a 125 cc bike with just a provisional licence. In the rest of the UK, you have to pass Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) before you can drive a 125 cc bike without supervision.

Check your local driving licensing authority and see what the rules are where you live.

In the meantime, don't even think driving that bike until you get all the paperwork and insurance sorted. If you are pulled over or are in an accident, then you will be screwed

  3. No becasue you are only 17 years old.

First you need a motorcycles permit. So you have to take the written test. Then since your under 18 you have to wait 6 months before taking the course for a license. If you already have your permit and its been 6 months then ya just go take the course.

but i do believe that it also matters on which state you are living in.... i know that this is the law for California!

    but Good Luck!!!
