Motorcycle battery / starter motor. ?

Question

when i try to start my bike the starter motor seems not to have enough power to get her running,

i have jumped started jher on a number of times, then ridden up and down the street (to hopefully charge the battery) but even after that i turn the engine off it won't start up again.

whats causing this,

btw the bike had not been started for 3months due to accident .

but been trying this all week.

It could very well be the battery, but clean the terminals at the battery and double check.  My sons CRF230 did the same thing and it was just corroded terminal.

than battery is dead. Buy a new one. First Check the water level and aond top it of but it sounds like the battery just has a dead cell and won't hold a charge any longer.
