Is there anywhere on the internet where I can order a motorcycle cover and get someone's name put on it?

Walmart sells Chinese c**p.  If you're going to the expense of embroidery, buy a Dowco,  Kuryakyn or Nelson-Rigg cover.  

Call a yacht rigger and find out where they get sail covers personalized.
