I am 18 and just purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 250. I am wondering which insurance provider would be the best to go with and also what should be included in my coverage. I have taken a safety course and this is my first vehicle. I live in Dallas if that helps. Thanks for your help.

  1. i use prgressive, they're the only company in my state that offers motorcycle insurance.. you pretty much need liability coverage and injury coverage, i'd go for at least 50,000 in injury because you know if you fall off that bike 10, 000 ain't gonna cut it.. good luck!

  2. same as above, check with progressive.

  3. Call around find out

  4. Progressive, they usually beat others prices insuring motorcycles,  and they will give you quotes from competitors as well.  Fastest way to find out prices. Collision, comprenhensive,

uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, Medical Coverage for YOUR injuries, and coverage for people involved with an accident for which you are at fault.  That should do it.

  5. The only way to know for sure is for you to call around or surf online for insurance quotes.  There are other factors besides just where you live and which bike you have that determine what your insurance premium will be.
