Motorcycle keeps on stalling ?

Question

I ran my motorcycle for the first time 1 week ago, it started up on the third kick and ran beautifully.

3 days later it started fine but kept stalling as I ran it.

why would this be

its an older bike by the way

I know this may be in the wrong section but I thought you might be knowledgeable on why this may be

if its a 2stroke it could be a spark plug or you mixed the gas to light(didn't put enough oil in the gas) or mixed it to heavy (put to much oil in the gas).  Change the oil if its a 4 stroke.

Could be the clutch...or anything.

get a newer bike.

well if when you put your bike away for the winter, meaning u put stabil in the gas, it will do that, you have to keep the bike running on choke inorder to get the stabil out of the gas.

If you ride too slow then the bike will atomatically stall. So ride a little FASTER, and some advice, take lesosns =).

mine used to do that n it whuz the choke...check it! or maybe you use the clutch wrong or idontknow CHECK iT!
