  1. There is more than gas and safety involved.. Do you like getting soaked in rain or splashed by cars, swaetung in traffic, making multiple trips to the grocery for $20 of food.

  2. What part of the country do you live in? You have to think about the seasons. It will be a pain to get around on a motorcycle when its raining or snowing. Not to mention you wont be able to ride it in the winter... without a car you dont have a cd player, a/c, heat, room for your friends, air bags, storage to bring your things with you... All things to think about.

  3. Would definitely consider a car.  Aside from the safety issue, you have to consider situations where you'll want to haul other people around.  One would think you have friends and I'm sure at some point you'll want to date.  All reasons to have a car as opposed to a motorcycle.

  4. personally i would go for the bike. i mean not only is it way cheaper, but it also gets better gas mileage. and to top it off the insurance is cheaper too. go for the bike.

  5. Well if you want to live to be 21, I'd get a car.

  6. Start out with a scooter, if you don't have to far to ride. That way you can get some practice before you ride a motorcycle. There is soft sided saddlebag options or baskets to carry your goods. Get some good riding gear and you can ride in any kind of weather. Good luck..

  7. do you even know how to ride.

  8. if you ask this question in this forum, you know what's the answer gonna be... try the same question in the car forum for a better result =)

  9. if you're willing to take the risk, motorcycle, though you should also get a POS little car for bad weather, shopping, etc. and be sure to take a motorcycle safety foundation (MSF) course

  10. If you live somewhere that is warm year round, go with the bike. You'll be very happy, I'm sure!
