Motorcycle parking question?

I go to a university, and the shopping center across it has motorcycle specific parking. That is it is a 15 bike lot within a car lot which only has about a 2 feet passage way to get in (so cars dont fit). I am low on cash, and a permit for school is about 400 a year, and was thinking of parking here indefinitely. However they have a towing policy, customers only kinda deal. Even with my car I often park here when necessary. However doing it consistantly hightens the risk. I was wondering if anyone has seen this kind of small enterence motorcycle lot. If so, how could they possibly enforce the towing policy on me? Is there any way? Has anyone come across this b4?

  1. can you afford to be caught out?  It will happen, eventually.

  2. How full is that bike parking normally, if its normally got a lot of room in it anyway try talking to the store you may be able to cut a deal with them to park there if you don't ask you will never know.

He or she may want you to take them a on a ride or something but just don't park there without talking with them I have seen bikes towed and damaged bad in the process,,,  we stick out really more than the cars do,

  3. Just remember where there is a way there is always a will and it will happen to you.

  4. It would be difficult to get your bike out if the forks are locked. However there is always the chance it will be towed.

  5. if parking at the store doesn't work out, i would make friends with a custodian. b/c they generally have a small access road to the boiler room( whatever there called) and no one ever drives down it, so if you had an "in" they would probable let you park it there and then you'd be on campus.
