  1. If it was stolen on the day you had it covered, then yes it would be covered. In your case, no unfortunately it would not be covered. It never hurts to try, if you have comprehensive it may be worth a phone call to your insurance company. Good Luck!

  2. did you already have a policy with allstate?  i'm not sure if allstate writes auto and mc's on the same policy or if they are written seperately.  if allstate writes them on the same policy you should have coverage up to the highest limits on the existing policy. (in most states you have a certain number of days to add to an existing policy)  if they write them seperately, you may have a problem getting them to cover the loss.

  3. No, sorry - You must have the insurance before the insured event happens.

  4. you are supposed to collect as much as resource as you can by searching the relevant keyword in search engine,if you have good luck there, then your problem solved.however,if you could not find the fitful answer by doing that, here is the resource i prefered.http://car-insurance.bestips.info/car-in...

  5. If you currently have a motorcycle insured that has comprehensive coverage then there might be an outside chance the theft can be covered if you can prove that the one you bought was going to replace the one you currently have insured. However if you all you have if your car insured then I'm afraid you are out of luck. Insurance takes effect no earlier than the minute the insurance is purchased.
