Motorola Q won't play music?

I probably changed a setting or something, but no sound will come out if I try to play a mp3. But the speakerphone still works. Any ideas?

Is it possible that you have the volume all the way down? With a song "playing" even though you cannot hear it, spin the track wheel and see if the volume comes up.  The volume on the phone and on the media player are separate things.  If this falils, back up your data and do a master reset.  

A MASTER RESET REMOVES ALL DATA FROM THE DEVICE AND RESETS IT TO FACTORY SPECS.  DO NOT DO THE MASTER RESET UNTIL YOU HAVE BACKED UP ANY DATA YOU WISH TO KEEP.
