Motorola V60 Volume Problem

Question

Does anyone know why I can no longer change the in-call voice volume on my Motorola V60. One day I just lost the ability to change it and I can hardly hear people when they phone me. Normally it can be controlled using the two buttons on the side of the phone whilst on a a call. I can no longer do this. When I speak to people they say that I sound very quiet too.Is it a known issue with this phone?How do I fix it?Is there any way to do this via the menu system?
