Motorola phone tools MAJOR problem. 10 points to answer that works

i have a motorola w385 and when i try to use motorola phone tools to stick images on my computer all it lets me do is change and add contacts and stuff. how do i get it to let me upload an image that is on my phone??

1. Open Multimedia Studio

2. Open File Transfer Studio

In the right, Mobile phone, window, open the Pictures folder

In the left window, open the destination folder on the PC

Select the picture and click the left pointing arrow between the two windows.
