Motorola razor v3 bluetooth help!?

Question

Hi, i bought a motorola razor v3 and it was perfect, i tryed the bluetooth and it work good aswell.About 5 months later i went to use it,and it said "Bluetooth power is off, temporalily power on?" and it wont let me use do the 60 seconds discoverable mode. I realy want to use my bluetooth in that mode,because it wont let me even search for other bluetooth devices,soo if anyone knows how to get it in 60 seconds discoverable mode plz tell me.Ive tryed master clear and master reset.thx
