Motorola w490 need help repairing

need to know how to take it apart ..the changer usb thing came out of it..can i just solder it back on? and it has alittle water damage to where it turns all white after awhile and wont show screen except white ..till u take the battery out and put it back in ..yes the water sticker is red..plz help
