Mototrola q9c stuck at windows mobile screen?

this motorola q9c phone i bought off of sprint, i had it for about a month or 2. i dunno what happened to it or what but when i turn it on, it gets passed the motorola logo, then it goes to the sprint logo and it gets passed that. then it gets to the windows mobile screen and it just stays there. it wont go passed that screen at all. i powered it off and it shuts off and i take out the battery for a few minutes and then i put it back in and it goes through the logos but it stays at the windows mobile screen. ive tried touching the keys on it and nothing. what is wrong with this phone and how can i fix this?

What you want to do is called a hard reset.  It will restore the phone to the "out of the box" state.  On Windows Mobile devices its basically the same as re-installing windows.
