Mounting a ski pylon, Where do I bolt it?

I want to mount my pylon to the floor of my fiberglass boat, how would i do that?

My buddy and I installed one on his Maxum. He had a ski storage area in the floor and we crawled in there and mounted the base plate, one under and one on top that attached together with minimal drilling. The pole attached to the mount with a pin and clip and had a steel braided line that attached to the front of the boat.
