Real Madrid boss, Jose Mourinho, believes his frequent change of teams has something to do with the fact that he has the ‘soul of a Portuguese navigator’.
After his spell with the Portuguese side, Benfica, Jose Mourinho has managed five other teams in the continent of Europe.

When asked about what keeps him motivated and why he changes clubs, Mourinho simply said that it is his soul that keeps him moving and discovering.

Recently there have been reports that Mourinho will leave Real Madrid for the French side, Paris Saint-Germaine, when the transfer window opens in this January.
However, the master tactician again reiterated his love for Los Blancos.
"The players speak highly of you when they play. I have established a good relationship (with the players) and I'm honest with everyone," he said.
Finally, the 49-year-old remarked on the importance of building a good team and establishing a healthy relationship with the players at the Santiago Bernabeu.
"I have to build a good group and be honest with those who do not play."
