The Real Madrid coach, Jose Mourinho, believes his newly arrived midfielder, Luka Modric, needs more time to adjust in the team and be familiar with the ways of the team.
The Croatian midfielder, Luka Modric, joined Los Blancos in the summer from the English side, Tottenham Hotspur, and since his arrival he has not played full 90 minutes for his club.
His boss, Mourinho, knows that he is a fantastic player but feels that the player should not be rushed and needs to take his time so that he becomes familiar with all the small details in the team.
"People should be calm, especially with Luka. We know he is a great player, but let him grow within the team. People wanted him to play against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604,” he said.
The Portuguese coach also believes that his player needs to improve his tactical side and develop a sense inside the team so that he knows what to do and what not to do with his teammates.
"He needs to enhance his tactical play and learn what he is expected to do inside the team, and how to position himself among his mates.”

"http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 is different. He has been my player for three years. He knows practically all about football and his coach,” Mourinho admitted.
Mourinho has not had a smooth start to the season with Real Madrid. They are now eight points behind their arch-rivals, Barcelona, who have had a sensational start to the season and are still unbeaten in La Liga.
However, the Real Madrid boss feels that his team has turned a corner and are now picking up momentum and moving in the right direction.
"For different reasons, some beyond our control, others our own fault, we did not start well," he concluded.
Next match in La Liga, Real Madrid will host Celta Vigo at Bernabeu on Saturday, October 20.
