The Portuguese mentor recently accepted that the English FA approached him to coach England but he rejected them.
The Portuguese coach, Jose Mourinho, is widely considered to be one of the best coaches in the world. He recently became one of the only few managers who have managed to win the domestic title in four different countries – Portugal, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 and Spain.
Mourinho started showing his tactical traits back when he was in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Portugal-c2984, coaching Porto. The current Madrid boss helped Porto win the domestic league back in the days.

With the Italian giants, Jose Mourinho was simply phenomenal. He helped them win a historic treble, and adding his name to the history books.
Last season, Jose Mourinho joined Real Madrid in order to continue his breath-taking accolades. Even though the first season only saw Mourinho grabbing the Copa del Rey title, this season he managed to win the Spanish La Liga.
By winning the Spanish League, Jose Mourinho wrote his name in the history books.
Recently, the Portuguese mentor admitted how he had to reject the offer of the English FA and told them that he cannot coach an international team.
While speaking to the reporters, the Portuguese mentor was quoted as saying:
“I was on the verge of coaching the English national team in 2007. I thought about it carefully and I said ‘no’ because I knew that within two months I would be unhappy.”
When he was questioned about whether he can join the English team now or later in his career, he said:
“National team coaching is not a life for me right now, with a game once a month, waiting two years for a serious competition.”
Jose Mourinho currently seems content with the job he has at the Santiago Bernabeu. The Portuguese mentor said that his family is well settled in Spain and he is happy with what he has at the moment.
While speaking to the reporters he said:
“My family and I are happy to have a stability that we had not had until now because we always moved home every two or three years,” he said.
“We’re delighted to continue at Real Madrid. I needed Real Madrid for my career to be complete.”
Under Mourinho, Real Madrid have now broken the dominance of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011, but the question is whether they can continue to do so.
