The Real Madrid boss ordered the team bus to depart without a host of key players who were late for the scheduled departure time.
Current Los Blancos coach, Jose Mourinho, is well known for the discipline he induces in his squad. It is often believed that disciplinarians are vital for a club to progress in the long run, and the Portuguese tactician just does that.  
A great example of the fact came under the lights last night as the Madrid coach left a number of key players to come on their own as Real Madrid went to take on an Atletico Madrid side in their La Liga clash.
The team members were ordered to be at the Santiago Bernabeu at 20:45, before they were supposed to travel towards their pre match hotel, but a number of players did not turn up on time and were late.
