The veteran trainer has expressed that the bond between players and managers is very important and that it stays intact even when they part company.
Real Madrid’s head coach, Jose Mourinho, was the honorary guest at the event organized by the UCLA. The event was attended by 150 coaches from the National Soccer Coaches Association of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390 (NSCAA).
While giving the lecture, the former Inter Milan boss took out the time to discuss the significance of the relationship between players and their mentors.
According to the former Manager of the Year, a manager always remains a fatherly figure towards the members of his squad. Furthermore, he stressed that the mutual respect between professionals is something which lasts longer than most people think.
The Portuguese tactician went on to claim that he still considers the players formerly coached by him as his players and added that the experiences shared by these professionals are beautiful as they are able to go through failures and triumphs together.
The former Porto boss has indeed garnered a great deal of respect from the players that he has had the experience to manage. The players that he coached during his time with English Premier League side, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, still mention the mentor with high regard.

However, it is also important to note that the experienced manager hasn’t always formed alliances, as he also made some enemies.
While addressing the attendees, the 49-year-old quoted:
"We are open in a positive way to share experiences, criticisms and ideas to create connections. When I say forever I mean forever, because all the players we have had at Chelsea, Porto and Inter are not our ex-players, they still remain our players. And
they do not talk of their ex-boss, they say: 'You are my boss.' They are everlasting ties."
"People ask me how I motivate my players," he said. "I do it with my own motivation. This is the motor, nothing more. It is key that you always show this motivation to others."
