The Special One believes Real Madrid can outsmart Barcelona in the quarter-final fixture in Catalonia and have the chance to progress to the next round of the competition.
He acknowledged the difficult proposition his team faces, but stated that they will try their best to achieve their ambitions.
"I think my team has a chance to play the semi-finals, so we will try our best," Mourinho said. "But we know against our opponent we lost 2-1 the first time, so there is also a chance we won't make it.
While talking about Los Blancos’ preparations for the match, Mourinho explained that they have trained well and will go out to win the match. He added that the Whites are not intimidated by Barcelona and will not change anything for the match.
"Barcelona changing their squad around does not change much for me [in terms of preparation]. They have their game and their principles, even though the players can change."
