Mouse Problem in Project IGI

My Mouse doesn't work properly in Project IGI but in other operationgetting no problem. I tried reducing mouse sensitivity in Game controlfound not result. Moreover, one message displays after closing the IGIi.e. ''1block memory have not been deallocated''.How can I solve the problem.
