Mouse Repellent, sonic pest control.....?

Question

Do the sonic mouse repellents work, are some better than others?

i am looking into getting sonic repellent alarms, but would like any recommendations from people who have used them. (in UK).

any information on this would be great.

I have yet to have a sonic repellant repel anything....for mice I have a better solutions...mint.  not just any mint though.  winter green.  they hate it! they aren't big on spearamint either.  if you plant it then do it around the house however keep in mind that mint is agressive. you might want to put in in pots around the outside of your house.  in the cupboards, buy some wintergreen mints and place them in the back.  replace every month.  my house is 100 years old and very prone to critters but i haven't had a mouse since i started to do this!  good luck

I have three of the sonic repellents, and still occasionally get mice so I think they're totally useless.
