For the last few days my mouse has seemed to stutter - sometimes goes beyond where I move it and sometimes not far enough. The clicking somtimes recognizes a double-click, sometimes not. Also the keyboard is skipping letters as I type. It seems like something is running in the background somewhere, but the CPU usage is only between 4 to 10 percent. I did a system restore to see if that would fix it, but it did not. Help me, please!
