Question:

Mouse is locked after using Smartboard

We have a laptop connected to a smartboard 580. If you write on the board the mouse is then locked and cannot be used again even after a reboot. The only way to reset it is to right-click on the desktop and then choose the option "close writing layer". As far as I am aware nothing has changed with the setup to make this happen. Does anybody have any ideas?
