I downloaded the CD that came with my mouse, but the mouse did not work. I managed to go through the "Start" menu and get to "Connectivity" menu. Once I reset the mouse, it started working. Once computer was turned back "On" the next day, the mouse failed to work again. Any suggestions?I have a A4 tech R7 mouse that will not work when computer is switched on until I remove the batteries and replace them.
