accidently let a mouse in. We put out some of those old fashioned mouse traps but the mouse just licked the peanutbutter right off the trap, it must of not applyed any pressure to the trap cause it didn't snap but as i said the peanut butter was licked clean off the trap.

Also it's avioding the other trap we have. A trap that has poision in the middle of this plasitc thing. The mouse can get in but not out. It's avoided that one as well. Anyone know of another way to kill a mouse?

  1. I was once in your situation.  Don't worry, everything will work  out for you =)

A year ago I found this organization that gives people up to $1500 in renter or mortagage assistance!  They operate in most US cities, I highly suggest you try to get some of this money.

    Good Luck!

  2. well, there are these traps that are plastic, like a tray and they are SUPER STICKY....and when the mouse touches it with their feet....they stick instantly....then they get stuck.

We used one once in a business I was at.....they only thing is the mouse doesn't die immediately.....they are so stuck to the trap they stress and then die.....

that is the only thing I have seen work............but its hard to see

  3. My good kittie would do it for you.  Just keep putting out the trap.  One small misstep...  Good luck!

  4. So the mouse beat your trap. It is OK. No trap is 100% effective. It it were, everybody would know about it. Just rebate the trap with more peanut butter. You may want to try to get the peanut butter into the little crevacies of the bait holder. And if it beats that... do it again.  You have done the hard part. You have put your trap where the mouse will find it.  And peanut butter is cheap. Go get 'em, Killer!

  5. Buy a five gallon bucket.  Put about five inches of water in the bottom.  Mice cannot resist the water, but they cannot jump out.  Eventually they will get tired, lay down, and drown.

  6. Rentakitty.com

I will rent you Jack the cat over night for $40

Or get a five gallon bucket and put about 4 inches of water in it.

Put that next to a counter with a some peanut butter on a fork balanced above it.

Mouse falls in the bucket but cant jump out do to the water.

  7. We used to have the same problem at our cabin and in the basement.  Now we melt a chocolate chip to the plate and it works like a charm!  They really have to knaw on it to get any and by then the trap has snapped.  Good luck gettin the little bugger.
