Move formatted for iPod work on a zune?

If a movie is formatted for an iPod, would it work on a zune? Or do I need to re-re-format it?

Better to convert videos to wmv format.

Just download/buy some good dvd/video to zune converter.

If it's in mpeg-4 format I suggest converting it to wmv. Zune will convert it for you but I prefer converting first. If it is DRM protected you will need to strip that.
