Move to Ireland with College Degree

If you have a college degree in Teaching, Engineering, etc... presented in the US. Can you use it in Ireland if you live there?

Yes i think so but because ireland is in recession the government are trying to save every euro they can because the tax receipts are a few billion below target so every department including education has to cut back it's spending so they won't be hiring half the amount of teachers just to warn you in advance
