  1. even though he is not leaving in uk, he has the right to take you there.

call this number 1 900 656 5000 (It is the British Consulate General) they will charge you 3 dollars per minute but they will give you useful information.

  2. It is relatively easy for an American to get a visa to the UK- regardless of whether or not you are engaged to a UK resident.

The fact that you are supporting an illegal immigrant is disgusting though.

  3. a lawyer would probably help, but do yourself a favour and don't come here, the UK sucks!!!!!

  4. Any UK ancestry that you have will do nothing for you personally. I could get all into it but I will keep it simple.

First if he is illegal right now this will endanger him getting a US greencard later. Life is long and you two may want that someday.

If he applies to the UK embassy in the US for you the application will be denied since he has no status in the US.

A lawyer will be unable to to anything.....period. There is only one thing to do. He goes home leaving you here and applies for your visa. That is it and then all are safe.

  5. Can you clarify the question?

    Both presently in USA.

Fiance (he's male) is there from UK?

7 months = 4 months past 90 day visa free stay

    (He arrived January 2008?)

If you have ANY ancestory in UK it might be easier.

Clear up those points and may be able to help further.
