Movement against sensitive people?

There are people in this world who actively take offense to almost anything. This causes stupid lawsuits and people having to tip-toe around these crybabies. I have yet to find any kind of movement to call these types of people out. Is there a group of sensible easy going people who have put together some kind of plan to cut down on this?

AGREED!

   I swear, for example, a good number of the "incest-based rape/child-abuse" cases in America and custody battles are fought b/c the woman wants money (IE crying wolf when nothing ever happened just b/c she knows she can).

  False legal cases mean the real ones, like actual crimes and real rapes, get less time as judges are tied up dealing with greedy prosecutors trying to get payment for crimes that never occurred.  

   Michael Crichton's book "Rising Sun" even references both of these problems.

  Same goes for the kind of people who try to sue over spilled coffee (the McDonalds case).  People often seem to not be able to tell the difference between using the legal system and playing a lottery with very high odds of winning.

  The fact America has about 50% of the worlds lawyers shows just how ridiculous the resources that go into such asinine cases are.

Well there's no movement on earth like that.What if you're looking for justice and someone else was calling you a sensitive cry baby??How would you have felt then??People have the right to seek for justice if something is BOTHERING them for eg.Rape,and no one has got the right to poke into it.Let that person,the accused and the judge handle the situation we people don't have to unnecessarily poke into all of these "movements" and waste our valuable time.We have better things to do.And if it's a really stupid reason then wise people will definitely ignore it,let the stupids get involved.For eg.shouting at the waiter for spilling water.
