Dennis Quaid and Harrison Ford never will win an Oscar.  I actually, I shouldn't say that.  Ron Howard was snubbed for years and years and finally won for Best Director for "A Beautiful Mind."

Edit: Ok, I just watched it, and Tom Cruise is in there already, but I didn't see Brad Pitt - he's great in Legends of the Fall and some other roles he's done. Also I think Jake Gillenhall (sp?), Dakota Fanning and Sasha Baron Cohen are so new to the business and have hardly done any films so it's almost insulting to all the other actors like Harrison Ford to list them in their same category, kind of makes the Oscar seem trivial. I haven't seen them repeat the success they've had in one movie, which could've been a fluke for all I know. Another is Sylvester Stallone.
