Movie 90's ova 2night on OZ tv (two parts). About the world ending cant remember why i think poss air turned toxic i don't know why though. Most of it was set in australia. America was one of the 1st to die- Oz got this strange msg about "saving whales" and they thought it was someone alive still so the gov sent over a submarine to investigate and it turned out to be a solar powered computer msg. The sub came to the surface and looked at america at san francisco bridge? and it was all melted & warped from air? One of the marines went out by boat & wanted to go to his fam who lived there to say goodbye. Other memories include: one of main characters in bar in OZ & someone needing his help to try and save the world, looting in st, ppl having s*x in st, ppl sick in hospital, Older couple driving and going to a hill/house to die, & fam went to holiday house b4 they died & then the parents had to lethally inject there kids & then themselves so they didn't suffer. very sad but a great movie been looking for it again for yrs! plse help its wasn't a big block buster movie.
