Movie character crossovers...?

Question

How many movies can you name where an actor plays the same character in more than one unrelated movie? Example: Michael Keaton plays the same character in 'Jackie Brown' and 'Out of Sight'. I am not looking for actual cross-over movies like 'Freddy vs Jason' or 'Alien vs Predator', just where characters cross-over (sequels don't count, nor do movies within the same series like James Bond).

Hmm... good question. The only one that has popped in my head right now is "Iron Man" Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) also made an appearance in "Hulk" as same character.
