Movie editor?

Okay, i need a good movie editor that's not too expensive b/c my windows movie maker isn't working. i need a good one that has cool features and everything. like something i can get at best buy that's actually affordable, please help!!!!!!

Vegas® 8 Movie Studio + DVD Platinum Edition might suit your needs. it includes a dvd authoring application and cnet rates it pretty well.

personally,. i use mac and it's easier to do these sorts of things cos it's all integrated. itunes, idvd and iphoto are all used in conjunction with imovie and it works well.

you may want to consider upgrading to a mac if you plan on doing a lot of editing.

however, the vegas app should do what you're looking for and costs around $120 US.

I will recommend you getting Adobe premiere, although it is a little more expensive than the others, it's all professional.

I'll second the vote for Vegas Movie Studio.  It's not the easiest editor to learn, but practice for a couple of hours and you can produce very professional looking videos.
