Movie in RAR Files format?

I have downloaded a movie in RAR File format and cannot view it through my media player.

What program should I use to view it?

  1. download winrar.

    its free, then you should be able to watch on your normal media player


  2. A .rar file is similar to a .zip file you need too unzip the file with this program... http://www.rarlab.com/ the basic version is free and will work.  

  3. Contrary to the above answers, Winrar is not free.

    However 7-zip is and has more features.

  4. open it manually open the movie folder click on it and click wizard.

  5. Uncompress the file either with WinRar or many other freeware archiving utilities. Copy the files you need from that to a temporary folder. Run that file through a converter program such as WMC and change the format into something your media player can play.

  6. 1.Download Winrar

    2.Install it

    3.click any of the .rar files that comes with ur Movie

    4.double click it and it will extract.

    5.Find the extracted file and play with ur Media player.

    6.Enjoy.
