Movies to download on limewire to iPod?

i know how to do it but when i download it on lime wire there is never a selection of appleworks to put on my iPod! what do i do?

When selecting a movie to download choose the .mp4 or .mov option. I think that's the format the iPod will play. Then download the movie and then add the file to library, it would be able to work on your ipod as long as the format is correct and you downloaded the complete file.
