Can anyone please advise some good moving company in New York provides transportation from New York to New Jersey

There are a lot of them. I suggest you ask any new neighbors what interstate mover they used. I suggest you cut your costs by packing as much as you can yourself, otherwise you pay for packing material and $75 an hour for each packer.

Here are some ways to get free boxes.

1. Go to Walmart at 7:20 AM and go up and down the aisles with a shopping cart picking up the boxes they have flattened to get rid of.

2. On the day they pick up recyclables in your neighborhood go out early in the morning and get the boxes they have put out.

3. Check www.craigslist.com A lot of people under free items put down the boxes from their move they are getting rid of.

Also, newspaper destroys the items you wrap in it as the ink is very acid. Use the newspaper for padding and wrap the items in towels and sheets and you can buy at U-Haul or any of those places newspaper paper without the ink to wrap things in and that is pretty cheap.

Have a garage sale and get rid of as much stuff as you can before you move. There is stuff it just doesn't pay to move.
